Pool and Kiddie Pool Rules
  • The pool area will be open and closed per schedule. The schedule is subject to change for special ocassions and or events.
  • All bathers must shower before entering the pools and must wear proper swimming attire while in the pool.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while in or around the pool areas.
  • No cut-offs or shorts allowed in the pools.
  • Anyone incontingent requiring diapers, or not toilet trained, must wear a swim diaper or tight-fitting rubber or plastic pants.
  • Floats, inflatable rafts, toys, balls, or scuba gear are not permitted in the pools.
  • Absolutely no running, pushing, wrestling or physical disturbances will be tolerated in or around the pool area.
  • No wheeled toys, bicycles, skateboards, etc., are allowed in or around the pool areas.
  • Pool furniture shall not be removed from the pool areas.
  • No glass containers of any nature are permitted in the pool or patio areas.
  • Food and refreshments are allowed on tabletops only.
  • All trash must be promptly disposed of in the provided trash containers.
  • Members of the staff have the authority to clear the pool and patio areas.
  • Pool rules will be strictly enforced at all times.
  • Residents and guests must wear shoes and cover ups when entering any building.
  • Bathers use the pool at their own risk.
  • Only children under six (6) years old are allowed in the kiddie pool and must always be accompanied by an adult.

Lancaster POOL

Located in the Lancaster subdivision, this private area is fenced and locked. It has a restroom area, sitting areas with chairs, tables and umbrellas, as well as poolside lounge chairs. It's located next to the playground. It's accessible to all homeowners of Lakes of the Meadow. The key for access is only available to homeowners via the property management.
