Homeowner Request Agenda Meeting
Homeowners with items regarding architectural modifications or violations that need special attention can be further explained and discussed with the board. This meeting takes place the Monday prior to the monthly board meeting.

Rules & Regulations Meeting
This is the meeting where homeowners with outstanding violations come to address their situation with the comittee. It takes place the second Tuesday of the month.

ACC Meeting
The architectural committee meeting (ACC meeting) is where requests for modifications are reviewed and, approved or denied, based on the guidelines established for every community. When the homeowner is requesting an approval for an item not previously approved, it will be sent to the board for consideration. This meeting usually takes place the second Thursday of the month.

Village Homes COA Board of Directors Meeting
This meeting is specific to the condominuim board of directors that oversees the residents of the Village Homes subdivision. Dates vary.
